В первую очередь мне хотелось бы поблагодарить г-на Кузьмицкого и всех сопричастных за то, что в распоряжении радийщиков б.СССР есть програмный продукт отечественного производства, за то что ненадо искать ключи к пиратской Радуге, и за то что есть альтернатива навороченным вещательным комплексам за х0000 евро в красивой упаковке.
Мой выбор в пользу РБ был сделан (помимо причин, указанных в благодарности) потому что он произведен по образу и подобию немецко-фашистской Радуги, на которой моя радиостанция вещала 7лет. Наша радиостанция ухитряется совмещать полностью автоматические вещание в определенное время суток и достаточно архаичную форму, когда эфиром полностью управляет сидящий за пультом диджей(об эфективности такой работы можно спорить, но в зоне нашего вещания рейтинг радио"Апрель" выше Русского Радио в 2 раза).
РБ безобразно дешев, 3000рэ за 2 лицензии-где вы еще такое найдете?
РБ неприхотлив, у меня он сидит на Бартоне 1800мгц и 256мб ОЗУ. и, в отличии от продукции более именитых фирм, не требует на каждую новую версию в 2раза больше мегабайт и гигагерц! :-)
РБ всеяден, в отличии от уже упоминавшейся Радуги стабильно воспроизводит все актуальные форматы даже в самых изощренных версиях кодеков.
РБ прост как автомат Калашникова. Без специальных знаний и дорогостоящих курсов можно легко освоить, мои блондинки освоили за 3часа каждая.
РБ очень функционален, умеет вещать в тырнет, вклиниваться в сетевой эфир,имеет в своем составе достаточно эфектную музбазу, перекодировщик и зачатки генератора плейлистов.
следует отметить что даже у РБ находятся пользователи, к-рые ищут волшебную кнопку "сделать все сразу и хорошо"! :-) Добавлю также что автор оперативно устраняет выявленные баги и прислушивается к пожеланиям пользователей. МОЕЙ БЛАГОДАРНОСТИ НЕТ ПРЕДЕЛА!»

«Более года назад приобрел две лицензии на программу RadioBOSS и планировал одну копию использовать для автоматизированного радиовещания, а другую дома. Но вышло так, что с радио не сложилось, а дома используем всей семьей для воспроизведения фонотеки во время разных общих дел (стирка, уборка, готовка еды). Программа очень стабильна и за весь срок небыло ни одного сбоя. Гораздо удобнее комплектовать список воспроизведения, чем в том же винампе (да простят меня фанаты винампа). Другие (не используемые дома) функции газ не мозолят и ни сколько не мешают. Программой довольны все - я и моя семья. «88.3 Southern FM was formerly using a different playout software but found it to have technical issues, such as locking up MP3 files, and playing 2 files at the same time when programs switched over from one studio to the other. The learning curve was steep and scheduling required an hour to produce a schedule to last the following 6 weeks.
Looking around, I found RadioBOSS and demonstrated it to our administration team, with a particular focus on its API capabilities, as the previous playout software had none at all.
There was one slight adjustment we needed for it to be perfect for our needs, and after discussing with the developer - we received an updated version 16 hours later. Unprecedented response time, we couldn't throw our money at RadioBOSS fast enough.
We tested it for awhile and released it in March 2017 and have been using it since then. The changeover from our previous software to RadioBOSS was one of the smoothest transitions we've ever had at the station.
While we could operate with older versions of RadioBOSS, we're happy to pay for updates to newer versions, to keep supporting the development of RadioBOSS. »
